Comedian Jeong Hyung Don revealed his experience with an under-eye fat repositioning procedure.
On the 9th, a video titled "Which is more important: wedding anniversary vs. wife's birthday? A married man's biggest crossroads" was posted on the YouTube channel "Mungchin TV."
In the released video, Jeong Hyung Don spoke frankly about the cosmetic procedure that has recently become a topic of conversation while doing a live broadcast with fans.
Jeong Hyung Don said, "I had under-eye fat repositioning. I'm very satisfied," and added, "When I look at old photos I really look like someone suffering from a serious illness."
When a fan said, "It doesn't show," he caused laughter by revealing a photo taken immediately after the surgery showing the area around his eyes swollen. He added, "It was this swollen until the fourth day after surgery," and detailed the recovery process.
He candidly described the procedure. Jeong Hyung Don described the preparation, saying, "It was my first time going to a plastic surgery clinic. I thought they would take X-rays, but they didn't. They just drew with a pen and that was it."
He went on, "The repositioning doesn't hurt, but putting in fat is painful," sharing his actual experience. He shared the recovery period, saying, "I did it during the holidays. From the sixth day it gradually came back, and you should assume you can't go out for a week."
Since receiving the procedure in 2023, Jeong Hyung Don lost more than 10kg, showing changes in appearance and improved condition, and he has quieted persistent rumors about health problems.
