TOMORROW X TOGETHER proved its unwavering popularity in Japan.
On the 10th, according to the Recording Industry Association of Japan, TOMORROW X TOGETHER (Subin, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun, Hueningkai)'s third Japanese studio album "Starkissed" surpassed 500,000 cumulative shipments as of November and received the gold disc "double platinum" certification. The album was officially released on Oct. 22 and earned "platinum" for that month with about ten days of sales, after which about 250,000 additional copies were shipped over the following month, securing the higher certification.
The Recording Industry Association of Japan awards gold disc certifications based on cumulative monthly shipments: gold (100,000 or more), platinum (250,000 or more), double platinum (500,000 or more), triple platinum (750,000 or more), and million (1,000,000 or more).
"Starkissed" topped Oricon's weekly combined album ranking and weekly album ranking with the group's highest-ever scores and received great love. In the 2025 year-end settlement of account chart recently released by Billboard Japan, it ranked on "top album sales" (17th) and "download albums" (92nd). In addition to "Starkissed," TOMORROW X TOGETHER placed three albums on "top album sales": the studio album released this year "The Star Chapter: TOGETHER" (12th) and last year's mini album "The Star Chapter: SANCTUARY" (58th).
TOMORROW X TOGETHER holds a total of 15 gold disc-certified releases, including "CHIKAI" (誓い/치카이), which reached the triple platinum tier; "Starkissed," "SWEET," and "GOOD BOY GONE BAD," which received double platinum certification; and "The Star Chapter: TOGETHER," "The Star Chapter: SANCTUARY" (SANCTUARY), "The Name Chapter: FREEFALL," "The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION," and "Chaotic Wonderland," which received platinum.
Meanwhile, TOMORROW X TOGETHER is conducting a five-dome tour in Japan as part of its fourth world tour, TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR
TOMORROW X TOGETHER is also making its presence felt on year-end stages in Japan. They are expected to showcase the "year-end TXT" side of themselves on Fuji TV's 2025 FNS Music Festival airing today (the 10th), TBS's CDTV Live! Live! Christmas Special on the 15th, and Countdown Japan 25/26 on the 30th.
