On the afternoon of the 10th, Choi Yoo-hwa posted a long message on her social media and said, "I had a private wedding with the person I love earlier this year. They are a non-celebrity unrelated to my work."
She went on to say, "I thought the happiest news as an actress is when I can announce a new project, so I hoped to quietly announce both when I joined a project, but while waiting for a project, a precious life came first. These days I only feel amazed and grateful," and she also announced her pregnancy.
She added, "I wanted to tell those who were curious and waiting for news of my activities as soon as possible, but after enduring severe morning sickness, it seems I have only now entered a stable period, so I cautiously share the news."
Choi Yoo-hwa said, "I am sorry to share the news so late. I will work to return with a wider range of acting as a mother."

Before I knew it, this year is almost over. Before the year ends, I want to share a very personal piece of good news.
Earlier this year I had a private wedding with the person I love. They are a non-celebrity unrelated to my work. I thought the happiest news as an actress is when I can announce a good project, so I hoped to quietly announce both when I joined a project. While waiting for a project, a precious life arrived first.
I had vaguely thought that if I were to get married in my life, I would like to have a baby, and these days I only feel amazed and grateful.
I wanted to tell those who were curious and waiting for news of my activities as soon as possible, but after enduring severe morning sickness, it seems I have only now entered a stable period, so I cautiously share the news.
We minimized the wedding invitations (in case it would feel burdensome), so I couldn't invite many people I like and am grateful to. Now that the pregnancy news has been shared, some friends have contacted me in surprise after seeing my actual chubby(?) appearance. Haha.
