Actress Sydney Sweeney dismissed plastic surgery rumors and said she had only considered breast reduction surgery.
Sydney Sweeney directly addressed fans who accused her of not being honest about having plastic surgery in a new video for Allure.
Given a chance to refute a single "beauty rumor," Sweeney also pushed back against people who claimed she had surgery. She said, "I'll debunk them all. I have never had a procedure. I'm so scared of needles," and mentioned her fear of needles, adding, "I don't have any tattoos. Nothing."
She added jokingly, "You can't compare a photo of me at 12 to a professionally made-up, lit photo of me at 26. Of course they would look different. People on social media are all crazy."
In particular, Sweeney said, "If I had done (plastic surgery), my face would be much more symmetrical," and said the only surgery she had considered was breast reduction, not augmentation. In a previous interview with the media, she said, "In high school, my large breasts made me uncomfortable, and I said I would have breast surgery to make them smaller when I turned 18. And I'm really glad I didn't. I like it now."
Sydney Sweeney rose to widespread popularity playing Cassie in the HBO series Euphoria and became a "hot" topic.
