Hollywood top star Leonardo DiCaprio (51) for the first time candidly revealed the reason behind his long 'low-profile, low-key life.'
DiCaprio, in a cover interview conducted after being named Time magazine's 2025 'Entertainer of the Year,' said, "If you appear in public too often, people easily get tired," and explained, "My simple philosophy is to only come out when I have something to say."
He said, "Otherwise, the answer is to disappear as much as possible," emphasizing that the quiet approach he has maintained for a long time is the result of thorough self-discipline.
After becoming a global star with Titanic in 1997, DiCaprio said he has systematically planned his career strategy.
"I always wondered, 'How can I act for a long time?' I love what I do and wanted to do it for a long time. So the conclusion was one: not to stay in front of people's faces for too long."
As he said, the strategy of not appearing frequently in front of fans or the general public has been regarded as a unique style even in Hollywood.
DiCaprio is currently dating model Vittoria Ceretti (27), but he still firmly protects his private life.
The two were first linked romantically by a 'dance floor affection' spotted at a Spain club in 2023, and later the relationship drew more attention when Ceretti was seen playfully smacking DiCaprio's butt during a Mediterranean yacht vacation.
But DiCaprio has never publicly mentioned the relationship even once.
