The wife, who had to live apart from her husband for 15 years, opened up about her suffering in an interview. The wife said, "At first I was scared. It was so hard," revealing her feelings at the time.
She revealed that the psychological pain was particularly severe. The wife said, "At first I felt like a mental illness might come. I was already feeling depressed, and at first it hurt (my heart) a lot," expressing the serious psychological difficulties brought on by loneliness and the breakdown of the relationship.
The husband mentioned that there used to be some communication, saying, "Before that we exchanged a word or two," but he revealed a deepening psychological distance by saying, "When I'm with my wife, my mind, my body, everything is not comfortable."
Severe communication breakdown now occurs only through their daughter. The wife said she communicates with her husband entirely through their daughter, adding, "And he only calls the daughter," suggesting that direct conversation between the couple has completely ceased.
