TVXQ! member Choi Kang Changmin (signed to SME) successfully completed his first solo Japan tour.
Choi Kang Changmin held the final performance of CHANGMIN from TVXQ! CONCERT TOUR ～The First Dining～ at Toyota Arena Tokyo over two days on Dec. 6-7, bringing down the curtain on his first solo Japan tour that began in Tokyo in September and continued through Ishikawa, Hokkaido, Hyogo, Hiroshima, Fukuoka, Osaka and Aichi.
In particular, because this was Choi Kang Changmin's first solo tour since his debut, local fans' enthusiastic support not only added a Tokyo arena concert, but also sold out all 20 shows across eight Japanese cities, drawing a cumulative audience of 65,000 and demonstrating Choi Kang Changmin's powerful ticketing ability.
In keeping with the concert title "The First Dining," Choi Kang Changmin presented a varied setlist like a course meal, from a live band to acoustic performances, and at the Tokyo shows he unveiled new stages including solo songs "Chocolate," "木枯らしがく頃に／Kogarashiga Todokukoroni" and the cover "世界が終わるまでは," receiving an enthusiastic response.
Toward the end of the concert, Super Junior's Kyuhyun made a surprise appearance and performed the cover stage of "いちご" and "女しくて," which they had collaborated on at SMTOWN LIVE, further heating up the venue, and finally Choi Kang Changmin closed with a warm finale by singing "Rock with U" in unison with fans.
TVXQ!, which includes Choi Kang Changmin, will hold their third Nissan Stadium concerts over two days on Apr. 25-26, 2026, setting a new record as the first and most performances at Nissan Stadium by an overseas artist.
