MyQ said, "One day I received a DM from a fan saying, 'Na-young fell head over heels for me.' I am a straightforward guy. I had a conviction that we would meet someday. One day Kim Na-young's YouTube team contacted me and asked me to help with a surprise. That was our first meeting. When I first saw her I was surprised, 'Is she this pretty?' I had a conviction. Now I'm going straight for it," he said.
MyQ added, "I was the one who asked to date first. I invited her to my house. I had failed to confess the day before and met her the next day. I said, 'Na-young, let's date.' Na-young teared up slightly and nodded," he added.
MyQ explained that his family did not oppose the marriage, saying, "My parents' concern was not about Na-young but whether they could handle me. Those questions made me think more. I thought a lot about the worst-case scenarios," he explained.
