Broadcaster and former announcer Kim So-young announced that she is pregnant with her second child.
On the 5th, Kim So-young revealed the pregnancy herself on her social account, saying, "Ddinggus, actually another baby has come to our family."
She said, "I was so cautious that I considered not telling people around me until the day the baby is born, but now I am six months along, and next spring I think Su-a will meet her younger sibling," noting that she has already passed the risky period.
She added, "I worried about how to share this news with the Ddinggus, so after a year I resumed Ddinggri TV and included our family's reflections. From now on, I will continue to live each day faithfully as I do now and take good care of my health!"
Meanwhile, Kim So-young married fellow former MBC announcer Oh Sang-jin in 2017 and welcomed their first daughter Su-a in 2019. Notably, Kim So-young announced a miscarriage in November 2023, drawing sympathy. It has been about two months since she announced the second pregnancy.
However, last year on YouTube she had said, "With a peer baby, Su-a was so happy. Thinking about a second again.." showing a positive attitude toward having a second child.
