South Korea's leading home shopping hosts will appear on 'Immortal Songs,' shedding their ranks to vie for the title of song king.
KBS2 'Immortal Songs' (directed by Kim Hyeong-seok and Choi Seung-beom, hereafter 'Immortal Songs') is the undisputed top music variety program that has continued its history for more than 700 episodes. Episode 734, to be broadcast on the 6th, will air a 'home shopping host song king tournament' special. This special will feature six teams representing South Korea's home shopping all-star sales legends: Yeom Gyeong-hwan, Dong Ji-hyeon, Kim Ji-hye & Kim Hye-rin, Ahn Seon-young, Lee Min-ung and Lee Chan-seok.

Loved for their distinctive wit and presence, they will defend the 'home shopping host song king' trophy recognized by 'Immortal Songs' with the survival skills that have conquered the home shopping industry. In particular, the behind-the-scenes home shopping stories that these leading South Korean hosts will share are expected to be another highlight of the special.
Meanwhile, the six home shopping host teams are said to raise interest by making even MCs Kim Jun-hyeon and Lee Chan-won break a sweat with fiery mind games. Ahn Seon-young shouts at Yeom Gyeong-hwan, who reportedly has as many as 130 bookings in a month, calling him "the bullfrog of the celebrity home shopping world." In response, Yeom Gyeong-hwan even mentioned the previously publicized '300 billion building owner rumor' and appealed, "If all of this were true, when I was offered to appear on 'Immortal Songs' I would have refused saying, 'Shouldn't I practice singing?'", turning the set into a sea of laughter. Kim Jun-hyeon reportedly could not hide his surprise, saying, "This is the first time someone has talked like this during a recording. He's really candid."
Along with this, the hosts, representative figures of the home shopping industry, shook the studio by revealing their enormous cumulative personal sales figures. In particular, 26-year veteran host Dong Ji-hyeon stunned everyone with a succinct self-introduction: "There are many formidable people here, but my personal cumulative sales amount to 8 trillion won."
