Group member BM of the group KARD surprised fans by releasing the music video for "Ooh."
BM released the music video for "Ooh," a track from his second EP PO:INT, on KARD's official YouTube channel at 6 p.m. on the 4th.
In the released video, BM's signature lethal mood keeps viewers from taking their eyes off him for a moment. Dynamic camera work blended with BM's mid-to-low voice over a simple beat heightened the immersion. The tasteful direction using minimal lighting was also a highlight.
In particular, BM overwhelmed the atmosphere with bold gestures. Fans who watched the music video reacted enthusiastically, saying "you can encounter a different side of BM's vocals," "it's a mood only BM can pull off," "it really expressed the 2000s R&B sensibility well," "I like the calm yet sexy atmosphere," and "I'm proud to be a fan of BM."
"Ooh" is a track from BM's second EP PO:INT, released on Oct. 10, and is a modern reinterpretation of 2000s R&B sensibilities. It features a structure that pays homage to 50 Cent's "P.I.M.P." with added vintage guitar loops to evoke retro nostalgia. BM participated in composing and arranging, further solidifying his own musical world.
Meanwhile, KARD, the group BM belongs to, will hold the world tour "DRIFT" in Los Angeles on the 10th. KARD will then visit Chicago on the 12th, New York on the 14th, Puerto Rico on the 16th, Atlanta on the 18th, and Dallas on the 20th. KARD is expected to connect passionately with global fans with an even more intense stage.
