BTS showed a solid presence in year-end settlements on major international charts.
On Dec. 5, Billboard Japan released its 2025 year-end charts (tracking period: Nov. 25, 2024–Nov. 23, 2025), and Jimin's second solo album MUSE title track "Who" placed 73rd on the Japan Hot 100. Jimin is the only Korean male singer to appear on that chart this year. "Who" also ranked 48th on streaming songs, and the album MUSE, which includes that track, recorded 76th on streaming albums and 87th on the hot albums chart.
On Artist 100, Jin (58th) and Jimin (93rd) made the list. Jin achieved strong results with his second solo album Echo on download albums (24th) and top album sales (41st). The album's title track "Don't Say You Love Me" placed 69th on streaming songs.
BTS also stood out in Spotify Japan's "2025 Wrapped" year-end settlement. They ranked 4th on top groups of the year and 18th on top artists of the year. They were also recorded as the most streamed singer among foreign male artists. In Spotify's global year-end settlement, they took first place for most streamed K-pop artist, proving their continued global stature.
Members' solo activities also produced strong results. Jimin's "Who" (10th), Jin's "Don't Say You Love Me" (19th), Jungkook's solo single "Seven (feat. Latto)" (65th), and V's duet with Park Hyo-shin "Winter Ahead (with PARK HYO SHIN)" (68th) were positioned on Spotify Japan's "top tracks of the year." In particular, "Winter Ahead (with PARK HYO SHIN)" showed high buzz on social media, ranking 46th among the "most shared tracks." On top albums of the year, Jimin's MUSE, Jin's Echo and Jungkook's GOLDEN placed 13th, 27th and 30th, respectively.
On Dec. 4, at the 2025 Lollapalooza Berlin Wrapped, J-Hope drew attention. Organizers selected J-Hope's "MIC Drop" performance as the Loudest Crowd, saying "the audience's roaring cheers pushed on-site decibel levels beyond limits."
In this way, BTS demonstrated overwhelming popularity by achieving strong results as a group and as solo artists across multiple year-end settlements. Having once again proven global prominence this year, anticipation is growing for their full-group new release and world tour scheduled next spring.
