'Fun-Staurant' reaches its 300th episode.
On the 5th, KBS 2TV's 'Stars' Top Recipe at Fun-Staurant' (hereinafter 'Fun-Staurant', directed by Yoon Byung-il) will air its 300th episode. Since its first broadcast on Oct. 25, 2019, 'Fun-Staurant', which has run nonstop for six years, marks a meaningful 300th episode. The broadcast is expected to be filled with gratitude from the 'Fun-Staurant' production team and cast toward the viewers who have loved the show consistently for six years.
At a recent 'Fun-Staurant' studio recording, special MC Hanhae opened by saying, "There is something to celebrate on 'Fun-Staurant.' 'Stars' Top Recipe at Fun-Staurant' has reached its 300th episode." In response, MC Boom Jibaemin said, "In an era with so much content, hitting 300 episodes is remarkable," adding, "There have been 43 guest chefs over the years, and an astonishing 96 menus have been released."
Next, the 'donations' that helped 'Fun-Staurant' maintain its place as a goodwill variety show were also revealed. 'Fun-Staurant' has donated part of the proceeds from sales of its released menus to children suffering from food insecurity and others. Over six years and 300 episodes, the donation amount has surpassed 782.9 million won. Everyone was astonished at the show's enormous donations, which are now heading toward 800 million won.
In response, menu panel leader chef Lee Yeon-bok said, "I want to say this one thing: it's all thanks to the viewers," conveying his gratitude once again to the audience. Readers will be curious about 'Fun-Staurant' as it energetically heads toward 800 million won in donations.
Meanwhile, the broadcast will reveal the final released menu of 2025. This time, 'Fun-Staurant' will release a menu in collaboration with its first-ever franchise meat brand.
