82MAJOR lit up 'Show! Champion' with a special stage.
The group 82MAJOR (82MAJOR, Nam Seong-mo·Park Seok-jun·Yun Ye-chan·Jo Seong-il·Hwang Seong-bin·Kim Do-gyun) appeared on the last 2025 broadcast of MBC M and MBC every1's 'Show! Champion' aired on the 3rd and unveiled for the first time the special stage of 'Say more', a track from mini album 4 'Trophy' (Trophy).
That day 82MAJOR took the stage in black-toned semi-suit styling. As it was a special stage, they delivered performances that shifted between composed ease and strong live skills. In particular, viewers' attention was captured by gestures and point dances that highlighted each member's individuality.
'Say more' is a song in which an R&B base harmonizes smoothly over a lively rhythm, with members Nam Seong-mo and Yun Ye-chan participating in the lyrics. In addition, Park Seok-jun, Yun Ye-chan and Hwang Seong-bin were credited as composers, making it a self-produced 82MAJOR track that received much love from fans.
In particular, member Nam Seong-mo, who served as an MC on 'Show! Champion' this year, after finishing the special stage said, "I have been spending happy Wednesdays every week thanks to this great opportunity. Next year I want to be a more friendly and relaxed MC for viewers and artists," and shared his thoughts. He added, "82MAJOR will continue to work hard to share good music and stages with Etitude (the fandom name). Please look forward to our next activities," and left a message of thanks.
82MAJOR released mini album 4 'Trophy' on Oct. 30 and promoted actively with the title track of the same name. This album, on which all members participated in writing and composing, received the highest album rating this year among male groups from domestic pop music webzine IZM and surpassed 100,000 first-week sales to achieve a career high. It was a comeback that strengthened the team's growth by showing both musical completeness and results at the same time.
Meanwhile, 82MAJOR will hold a fan meeting in Tokyo, Japan, on the 21st to meet global fans.
