Jeon So-min of 'The Great Guide 2.5' suspected a relationship between 'announcer senior-junior' Kim Dae-ho and Park Ji-min.
In the episode broadcast on the 2nd, MBC Every1 variety show 'The Great Guide 2.5 - The Very Difficult Guide' (hereinafter 'The Very Difficult Guide') depicted announcer Park Ji-min joining as Kim Dae-ho, Choi Daniel and Jeon So-min set off on a trip to Laos together.
At the airport before departure that day, Jeon So-min asked Park Ji-min, "Are you close with senior Kim Dae-ho?" Park Ji-min drew a line, saying, "We are not that close. I don't even know his MBTI," but Jeon So-min suspected, "What if they are uncomfortable with each other. Did the two date?"
Park Ji-min recoiled and said, "No. Not at all," waving her hand and adding, "That person... doesn't he dislike women?" In the studio, Kim Dae-ho retorted, "What are you talking about. It's a marriage funeral," and snapped, "That woman is crazy," which drew laughter.
Meanwhile, Kim Dae-ho was surprised by Park Ji-min's joining and awkwardly greeted her. Jeon So-min, noticing the subtle atmosphere between the two, asked, "Weren't the two dating?" Kim Dae-ho replied, "Somin, your joke goes too far."
Kim Dae-ho said, "I worked with Jimin on a program," revealing that before leaving the company he hosted a daily program for one year. He explained the awkwardness by saying, "It's the first time we've met like this. We used to meet on cultural programs, and meeting on a variety show makes it feel unfamiliar."
Meanwhile, Park Ji-min revealed unusual ambition. She said, "Senior went to 'The Great Guide' and did well. He gained energy here and flew away," and Jeon So-min said, "Jimin came to get famous."
Park Ji-min also said, "Senior Dae-ho has taken a step here, and I feel like I should absorb that. It feels like putting wings on me so I can 'poof' and fly." Park Myung-soo said, "Let's see. I've had a 33-year career solely in variety shows," as he watched.
Later, Park Ji-min showed ambition for variety shows in Laos. While touring Patuxai, Kim Dae-ho told Park Ji-min, who almost got caught on a chain, "Be careful, be careful."
But Park Ji-min responded, "Senior, I have to fall like this once. Don't tell me to be careful." Hearing this, Kim Dae-ho cautioned, "You shouldn't do that. It won't come out naturally anyway."
Jeon So-min asked the two, "Why is Jimin being scolded?" and Kim Dae-ho said in disbelief, "She said not to let people know she wants to get caught on a chain."
