Comedian Yoon Jung-soo and Park Soo-hong's feud rumors have reignited.
Yoon Jung-soo married Pilates instructor Won Ja-hyun (real name Won Jin-seo), a reporter-turned-instructor 12 years his junior, on the 30th of last month at a location in Seoul. The two knew each other as acquaintances for 10 years before developing into a romantic relationship, and they registered their marriage first in September this year.
At the wedding, Kim Sook, who has maintained a long-standing connection as a "virtual couple," and close friend Nam Chang-hee served as hosts. Singers Lee Mu-jin and Bae Ki-sung, and Cool's Lee Jae-hoon performed celebratory songs, and many guests attended to bless the couple's future, including Yoo Jae-seok, Kim Ji-seon, Kim Ji-hye, Park Jun-hyung, Shim Jin-hwa, Kim Won-hyo, Nam Hee-seok, Kang Ho-dong, singer Heize, Hong Seok-chun, Shori, Bae Ki-sung, and Kim Won-jun.
However, one of Yoon Jung-soo's close friends, Park Soo-hong, has not made any particular comment about the wedding. Because no verification photos were even posted on social media, attention is focused on whether Park Soo-hong attended the wedding.
Earlier, Yoon Jung-soo was embroiled in feud rumors for not attending Park Soo-hong and Kim Da-ye's wedding in 2022. At the time, Yoon Jung-soo directly addressed the feud rumors on KBS CoolFM's Yoon Jung-soo Nam Chang-hee's Mister Radio, saying, "Some people asked if I had cut ties with Park Soo-hong."
He explained, "The wedding was last Friday, but did I come to this broadcast? Nam Chang-hee hosted it alone. At that time I was filming with Kim Su-mi." He said he was unable to attend the wedding due to another schedule. Yoon Jung-soo called such suspicions "ridiculous" and said, "Because I couldn't go, I sent a generous wedding gift."
He also drew a clear line regarding the "debt" allegation. Yoon Jung-soo said, "When I said on Morning Yard that someone should pay me back, some people asked if the person who had a debt relationship was Park Soo-hong," and dismissed it, saying, "Park Soo-hong is not someone who would create such a debt relationship." He added, "More than anyone, I hope Park Soo-hong is congratulated and lives well. (Park Soo-hong) may be having a hard time, but I hope he lives newly and energetically with his wife," offering sincere support toward Park Soo-hong.
Meanwhile, as suspicions were raised that Park Soo-hong did not participate in Yoon Jung-soo's wedding, the "feud rumors" were stoked again. In this regard, both sides have not expressed any particular position, but opinions follow that interpretations should be restrained because not attending a wedding does not necessarily mean cutting ties.
