Global comprehensive content corporations RBW completed the K-pop practical training program RBWithus Camp, held in Thailand and Japan in the second half of 2025, successfully.
RBWithus Camp is not a simple experiential program but a practical training course that captures the actual training process of K-pop artists. Vocal and dance training, recording tracks, filming music videos, and participating in showcases·auditions are all designed based on the real trainee system, allowing participants to experience exactly how K-pop artists are trained, which is a major strength.
In particular, Jajar, a Thai trainee who participated in RBWithus Camp last year, debuted as a member of the local girl group DRiPA, proving the effectiveness of the global training system. In addition, Thai participants also completed dance videos and music videos under the professional guidance of RBW trainers and built personal portfolios.
At the subsequent Japan camp, as part of participant-tailored education, they produced the track White Snow Flake sung in Japanese and distributed it through global music platforms on the 25th of last month. This demonstrated the distinctiveness of a content-production program reflecting individual participant characteristics and suggested new possibilities for K-pop talent development programs.
Thus, RBWithus Camp has established itself as a practical K-pop training program in which global artist hopefuls participate directly in the entire content production process and complete immediately usable outputs. An RBW official said the company will continue to expand global K-pop talent development programs through cooperation with various countries.
