Actress Nana has hinted at a striking acting transformation by appearing in the Genie TV original new series "Climax."
The Genie TV original "Climax," scheduled to air in the first half of next year, is an intense survival drama about prosecutor Bang Tae-seop, who plunges into a cartel of power to reach the top position in Korea, and those around him.
Nana plays Hwang Jeong-won, a character who moves secretly beside Bang Tae-seop in the drama and provides information. Hwang Jeong-won is a key character who holds the key to the Pandora box that exposes the true face of the power cartel, a character with a densely layered narrative.
Nana is expected to serve as a central pillar that balances the drama among a solid cast and play an important role in completing the intense narrative.
Nana has built a solid filmography across genres by appearing in major works including the films "Omniscient Reader: The Prophet," "Confession," and "The Swindlers," and the dramas "Player 2: The War of Swindlers," "Mask Girl," "Oh My Ladylord," "Justice," "Kill It," and "The Good Wife."
The Genie TV original "Climax," where Nana's new acting challenge will unfold, is scheduled to be released in 2026 on Genie TV and ENA's Monday-Tuesday drama slots.
