'I am SOLO' season 29 contestant Oksun revealed candid concerns about the eight-year age difference with Sangcheol.
In the episode aired on the afternoon of the 3rd on SBS Plus·ENA 'I am SOLO', solo men and women of season 29, organized around an older-man-younger-woman concept, struggled to find love.
In her introduction, Oksun revealed an overwhelming "brain" resume. She was born and raised in Busan but is currently working as a 13-year nurse at a university hospital in Seoul. She notably passed the national nursing exam as the top scorer nationwide and said that from her sophomore year of university she received a full scholarship and never paid tuition, surprising the cast.
Oksun proclaimed, "I'll approach this with an open mind," raising expectations for romance. But when Sangcheol expressed his feelings and came on strong, Oksun revealed realistic concerns about the age difference.
While talking with Sangcheol, Oksun honestly said about their eight-year age gap, "It's not that the age difference doesn't bother me." She added, "Among the people I want to talk with, there is Mr. Sangcheol, but I think I need to give this some thought," showing that despite her fondness for Sangcheol she could not make an easy decision in the face of practical obstacles.
