Singer Kim Song released the condition of her husband Kang Won-rae's feet as he undergoes a long battle after being paralyzed from the waist down.
On the 2nd, according to the entertainment industry, Kim Song posted a photo on her Instagram the day before with the caption, "My husband's foot swelling is severe." The released photo shows Kang Won-rae's two feet swollen from the ankles.
Kim Song wrote, "In the past, the tops of his feet, his legs, and his whole body were all beautiful. Even as a woman, I envied his figure," adding, "Our family of three has a steadfast bond that embraces even Dad's disability."
She also said, "In the 25th year of paralysis from the waist down, even if his legs get injured, he does not know because there is no sensation. Even if a toenail falls off, he cannot feel pain," and added, "But it's okay. It seems we have gained peace of mind and maturity."
Kang Won-rae, who debuted in the music industry in 1996 with the group Clone, was diagnosed with paralysis from the waist down after a motorcycle accident in 2000. He later married Kim Song in 2003, and they have a son, Kang Seon.
