Girl group PURPLE KISS alum Park Ji-eun has signed an exclusive contract with Dabu ENM Co. Ltd. and is beginning a new challenge as an actress.
Park Ji-eun debuted in 2020 as the main vocalist of PURPLE KISS, winning fans' love with her distinctive stable low tones, clear high notes and delicate emotional expression on stage.
However, after leaving the group in 2022 for health reasons, she devoted herself to studying acting at Dong-Ah Institute of Media and Arts' Department of Acting and Performance and said, "I had as much passion for acting as for singing and dancing," and she has been preparing to transition to acting by applying her acting major.
In particular, in 2025 she played the role of "young Su-hyeon" in the 9th mystery thriller festival play Puffer and showed delicate emotional acting, and on the OTT platform TVING in the drama Fresh Romance she appeared as stylist Eun-ju, stylist for Lee Chae-yeon, revealing a fresh presence and accelerating her full-scale actor activities.

Also, Park Ji-eun has been cast as Ji-eun in the OTT drama "Today's weather is sexy," scheduled for release in the first half of 2026, and is preparing for filming.
