Broadcaster Yoon Jung-soo, at age 53, has joined the ranks of married men, and his weight loss for this wedding was noticeable.
On the 30th of last month, Yoon Jung-soo and Won Jin-seo held a private wedding at a hotel in Gangnam, Seoul.
The wedding ceremony was hosted by broadcaster Kim Sook, who had performed as a mock spouse with Yoon Jung-soo's close friend, comedian Nam Chang-hee, and the congratulatory songs were performed by Lee Mujin, Bae Ki-sung and Cool's Lee Jae-hoon.
At the wedding, Yoon Jung-soo drew attention with a noticeably slimmer look after losing more than 16 kg. Yoon Jung-soo and Won Jin-seo had registered their marriage and become legal spouses. Ahead of the wedding he said he lost 16 kg from 105 kg to reach 89 kg.
Attention also fell on Yoon Jung-soo's bride, Won Jin-seo, who previously worked as an MBC sports reporter and was noted at the 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games, earning the epithet "Guangzhou goddess."
Many comedian seniors and juniors attended the couple's wedding. Countless guests attended and filled the seats, including Yoo Jae-seok, Kim Ji-sun, Kim Ji-hye, Park Jun-hyung, Shim Jin-hwa, Kim Won-hyo, Nam Hee-seok, Kang Ho-dong, as well as singers Heize, Hong Seok-cheon, Shorry, Bae Ki-sung and Kim Won-joon.
Meanwhile, on July 11 it was reported that Yoon Jung-soo was dating a pilates instructor 11 years his junior with marriage in mind, drawing attention. At the time the partner's identity was not revealed, but it was later reported that she was Won Jin-seo, who had worked as a reporter in the past.
The two had known each other through acquaintances for a long time, developed into lovers earlier this year, and sealed their vows through the wedding.
