The group Newbeat (NEWBEAT) successfully concluded their music show promotions.
Newbeat (Park Min-seok·Hong Min-seong·Jeon Yeo-yeo-jeong·Choi Seo-hyun·Kim Tae-yang·Jo Yun-hoo·Kim Ri-woo) appeared on SBS' Inkigayo' on the 30th of last month and finished their music show promotions with a performance of the double title track 'LOUD' from mini album 1 'LOUDER THAN EVER' (Louder than ever).
That day Newbeat took the stage in black-and-white casual yet hip school uniform outfits, commanding attention. The members demonstrated unwavering live vocals and flawless performances, showing off qualities befitting a 'fifth-generation super rookie.' With this, Newbeat completed activities for the double title tracks, from 'Look So Good' to 'LOUD,' capturing the attention of global fans.
Also, in the ending pose member Choi Seo-hyun moved Neuro (the fandom name) with the phrase Here to hold your hand-always (네 손을 잡아주기 위해 언제나 여기 있어), easing the sadness of the final broadcast.
Through their agency Beat Interactive, Newbeat expressed gratitude, saying they were thankful for being able to learn and grow a lot while preparing the stage and that they were very happy to stand before fans with the two songs 'Look So Good' and 'LOUD.' They added that they sincerely thank the members who ran alongside them and all the staff who supported them behind the scenes.
Finally they thanked fans, saying that above all this promotion was a more special time thanks to Neuro, who made them shine at every stage, and asking fans to look forward to Newbeat's next page as they return with even better music and performances.
On the 6th of last month Newbeat released mini album 1 'LOUDER THAN EVER' featuring overseas renowned producers including Neil Omondi, who has collaborated with Billboard top-10 artists and aespa, and Candice Sosa, who participated in BTS albums. The double title track 'Look So Good' entered the iTunes charts in seven countries shortly after its release, and on the U.S. iTunes music video chart it achieved No. 1 in the K-pop category, No. 2 in pop, and No. 5 overall.
Notably, they entered the top 100 for the first time on South Korea's YouTube music weekly popularity chart at No. 81, standing out on global charts. Riding this global popularity, Newbeat recently received the rookie award for the first time since their debut at the 17th 2025 Seoul Success Awards.
After successfully completing their music show promotions, Newbeat will continue active promotions, communicating with K-pop fans worldwide through various online and offline content as well as stages at home and abroad.
