On this, Oh Yoon-ah said, "At a certain moment, I looked more deeply at myself and began to think about what path to take going forward," noting, "YA Entertainment is the choice I made after that reflection and a new starting point to communicate more honestly and express myself more freely."
She added, "I want to make it a space that goes beyond simply managing activities and fully embodies the direction of my life and my authenticity," and said, "I will do my best so that I can continue to show deeper stories and diverse aspects as an actress and as a person."
YA Entertainment plans to expand its business into other areas such as various content planning, brand collaborations and social projects, in addition to Oh Yoon-ah's future acting activities.
Oh Yoon-ah debuted after winning first place in the inaugural Cyber Racing Queen contest in 2000. She went on to establish her presence as an actress mainly through drama.
