The group Young Posse (YOUNG POSSE) successfully completed their first solo concert.
Young Posse (Jeong Seon-hye, Wi Yeon-jeong, Jiana, Do-eun, Han Ji-eun) held their first solo concert YOUNG POSSE 1ST CONCERT [POSSE UP : THE COME UP Concert in Seoul] (hereafter "POSSE UP") at Myeonghwa Live Hall in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul on the 29th and met with fans.
That day Young Posse opened the show with track 1 "POSSE UP!" from their debut EP "MACARONI CHEESE." They made clear the group's identity by pouring out their determination to stand together as Young Posse before the world over fast, jagged beats.
Young Posse raised the energy by continuing with signature songs such as "MACARONI CHEESE," "FREESTYLE," and "ATE THAT." They added dance breaks to existing songs to present a fresh charm not seen before.
In particular, Young Posse heated the crowd to a peak with five distinct solo stages. Do-eun performed Jennie's "ExtraL (feat. Doechii)," Jiana performed Ariana Grande's "7 rings" and "worst behavior," Han Ji-eun performed Tyla's "Been Thinking," Wi Yeon-jeong performed Beyoncé's "Fever," and Jeong Seon-hye performed Audrey Nuna's "damn Right," showcasing their all-around skills across vocals, rap and dance and fully displaying the spirit of the "national hip-hop unnie(s)."
Young Posse proved two years of musical growth by closely interacting with fans through a setlist of more than 27 songs. With strengthened teamwork, the five members showed perfect coordination and highlighted their musical strengths. Outside the main stage, Young Posse also showed special fan love by hiding signed CDs around the venue as a pre-event for fans to find.
After successfully concluding the solo concert, Young Posse said they were happy to be able to run and play freely in front of Teleposse (the fandom name), who filled the venue. They added that thanks to the love and support they have received, Young Posse continues to grow, and they asked fans to look forward to a new song they plan to release before 2025 ends, drawing enthusiastic responses from fans.
Young Posse will continue the "POSSE UP" solo concert in Taipei on Dec. 13, embarking on a global schedule.
