NEWBEAT captivated global fans with an intense band live performance.
The group Newbeat (NEWBEAT, Park Min-seok·Hong Min-seong·Jeon Yeo-yeo-jeong·Choi Seo-hyun·Kim Tae-yang·Jo Yoon-hoo·Kim Ri-woo) on the 27th released the double title track "Look So Good" band live video from their mini 1st album "LOUDER THAN EVER" on the YouTube channel "It's Live".
In the released video, Newbeat intensified the mesmerizing and bold atmosphere of "Look So Good" with a live band arrangement. Over refreshing guitar riffs and drum sounds, the members showcased stable vocals and explosive singing power.
Along with that, Newbeat amplified the vivid live feel unique to "It's Live" by adding camera-dominating facial acting, relaxed stage manner, and performances that remained undisturbed despite being live. In particular, they delivered an appeal different from the main stage, in line with the song's message to "love myself more and prove confidence on stage."
Released on the 6th, "Look So Good" is a song that captures the early 2000s pop R&B retro sensibility, and after its release it reached No. 1 in the K-pop category, No. 2 in the pop category, and No. 5 overall on the iTunes U.S. music video chart. It settled at No. 81 on South Korea's YouTube Music weekly popularity chart, entering the top 100 for the first time and drawing attention. Fueled by these achievements, Newbeat recently took home the rookie award at the 17th 2025 Seoul Success Awards.
