The group Close Your Eyes (CLOSE YOUR EYES, ClYua) is continuing the momentum of their new album.
According to Media Traffic, a global record sales tracking site, Close Your Eyes (Jeon Min-wook, Mazingsiang, Jang Yeo-jun, Kim Seong-min, Song Seung-ho, Kenshin, Seo Kyung-bae)'s third mini album "blackout" climbed to No. 2 in the album category on the United World Chart for the 48th week of 2025.
This is the highest ranking among boy groups that debuted in 2025. Close Your Eyes proved once again that they are a leading trend by standing shoulder to shoulder on the chart with global artists such as Taylor Swift, Olivia Dean, Sabrina Carpenter and Billie Eilish, capturing K-pop fans' hearts worldwide beyond Korea.
Earlier, blackout recorded first-week sales (sales in the week after an album's release) of 570,000 copies, achieving both a career high and half-million seller (single album sales of over 500,000). In addition, with cumulative sales of 1 million copies across mini albums 1, 2 and 3, they confirmed their status as the biggest trend group of 2025.
Riding their hot popularity, Close Your Eyes will begin promotions for one of blackout's double title tracks, "SOB." "SOB" is a song that boldly expresses unrestrained confidence and charisma. It is the group's first collaboration with Kazakh DJ Imanbek, a Grammy Award winner in the United States, and is receiving even greater love from music fans around the world.
Earlier, Close Your Eyes drew attention by delivering a grand-scale performance with Imanbek, who visited Korea, and a 42-member mega crew at the 2025 Korea Grand Music Awards with iM Bank (2025 KGMA) held on the 15th.
