Person A, who claimed that actor Lee Yi-kyung made obscene remarks to her and others and said A is from Germany, repeated the same allegation in a YouTube interview.
On the 26th, A sat for an interview with the YouTube channel "Entertainment President Lee Jin-ho."
That day, A said, "I had been in contact (with Lee Yi-kyung) since Feb. last year," and added, "At first, I sent a DM after watching a drama, and I was surprised because I didn't think he would respond." A went on, "(Lee Yi-kyung) didn't believe that I was German and said, 'Send me a selfie,' so I sent one."
A said, "I initially chatted with Lee Yi-kyung with good feelings," adding, "At first, I liked that an actor was paying attention to me, but the sexual comments got worse over time." A also claimed, "I came forward to prevent more victims."
On the 20th of last month, A posted an entry on Naver Blog titled "Reveal the actor's alleged true colors." It contains KakaoTalk and Instagram DM messages exchanged between A and a person presumed to be Lee Yi-kyung. It includes requests for A's body photos and content with profanity, sexual harassment, and obscene remarks. Photos from Lee Yi-kyung's filming set and selfies were also included.
Sangyoung ENT, Lee Yi-kyung's agency, said on the 3rd of this month, "Through our legal representative, we submitted evidence to the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul and filed a complaint against the authors and distributors of the related posts for spreading false information and defamation," adding, "Our company has made no attempt at settlement or compensation discussions related to this matter. We will not proceed in any form going forward."
