SM Entertainment subsidiary music label SMArt's first artist Yim Siwan tells an honest story through his first mini album.
Yim Siwan's first solo album The Reason, to be released on Dec. 5, consists of five delicate, emotional tracks including the title track of the same name, and is more than enough to enjoy Yim Siwan's previously unrevealed tasteful musical preferences.
Where I Need To Be, included on this album, is a pop ballad that features warm piano sounds and Yim Siwan's soft vocals, expressing a candid wish to stay with loved ones for a long time.
Another track, "Pieces," is an uplifting pop-rock song based on a band sound, lyrically portraying a story about myself completed by the pieces of memories built with cherished people, leaving a deep impression on listeners without embellishment.
Meanwhile, Yim Siwan's first solo album The Reason will be released on major music sites at 6 p.m. on Dec. 5, and is currently available for pre-order at online and offline record stores.
