Yoo Jae-suk and Yoo Yeon-seok's "Whenever Possible" has confirmed its first broadcast on Dec. 16.
On the 25th, OSEN reported that the SBS variety show "Whenever Possible" will return to viewers with a new season on Dec. 16. It is the successor to the currently airing The Ballad of Us.
In this regard, SBS said "'Whenever Possible' is indeed scheduled to premiere on Dec. 16," in an official statement.
"Whenever Possible" is a variety show in which Yoo Jae-suk and Yoo Yeon-seok co-host and gift luck during brief pockets of free time encountered in daily life, a "gap attack" variety. It began its first season in April 2024 and is already preparing for season 4.
Season 3 of "Whenever Possible" ended in August, and after about a four-month break it has confirmed its first broadcast date on Dec. 16. The first guests of season 4 will be Lee Je-hoon and Pyo Ye-jin from Taxi Driver 3, who will take charge of citizens' "gaps."
So far, "Whenever Possible" has featured many stars such as Han Ji-min, Lee Joon-hyuk, Son Suk-ku, Namkoong Min, Yoon Kye-sang, Kang Ha-neul and Cha Tae-hyun, who showcased various charms. This season, expectations are building over which stars will appear to bring laughter to citizens.
Meanwhile, when the final episode of season 3 aired, "Whenever Possible" topped the 2049 demographic and metropolitan household ratings in its time slot, as well as the overall Tuesday variety 2049 ratings. Each season has finished with record ratings, raising anticipation for the next season.
In season 4, Yoo Jae-suk and Yoo Yeon-seok will continue their strong chemistry as they communicate with citizens on the streets. Yoo Jae-suk's lead and Yoo Yeon-seok's solid reactions add to the growing popularity of "Whenever Possible" each episode.
"Whenever Possible" airs every Tuesday at 9 p.m. The first broadcast is on Dec. 16.
