According to the bereaved family's claims, one of Kim Sae-ron's acquaintances testified that Kim Sae-ron dated Kim Soo-hyun when she was a minor and that when she went to Jeju Island with Kim Sae-ron, Kim Soo-hyun saw them off at the airport, giving a specific testimony. The acquaintance also testified that Kim Sae-ron's cat's name was originally '팥떡', '꿀떡' but was changed to '달', '구름' because of Kim Soo-hyun, and the reason was that Kim Soo-hyun once appeared in '해를 품은 달'.
