Actor Oh Jung-se returns in a completely different guise through Genie TV original "Climax."
Oh Jung-se has confirmed his appearance in the Genie TV original "Climax" (directed by Lee Ji-won / written by Lee Ji-won, Shin Ye-seul / planned by KT Studio Genie / produced by HYBE Media Corp, SLL) and tells the fierce survival drama surrounding prosecutor Bang Tae-seop (Ju Jihoon) who leaps into the cartel of power to stand at the top of Korea's business world.
In the drama, Oh Jung-se plays the eldest son of WR Group, Korea's third-largest conglomerate, "Kwon Jong-wook," who begins a fierce competition with Lee Yang-mi (Cha Ju-young) for the position of successor to the group, delivering taut tension and leading the story with intrigue.
Oh Jung-se has shown dazzling range by bringing diverse colors to every character he plays regardless of genre. In particular, he appeared as the brutal, heinous villain "Min Joo-young" in the recent drama "Good Boy," rewriting the history of evil men, and in Disney+ original series "Polaris" he portrayed "Jang Jun-sang," who becomes unstable as he faces the truth about his brother's death, serving as a key pillar of the important narrative and sustaining engagement until the end.
