Comedian Lee Eun-hyung said she has never called an "imo-nim" (helper) while raising her child.
On the 25th, a video titled "An older-mother raising a child with a grandmother's heart: Hyunjo mom" was posted on the "Ni-mam Nae-mam" YouTube channel.
In the video, Lee Eun-hyung said she gave birth at 42 through natural conception and recalled, "Even my mother thought it was in vitro fertilization because advanced maternal age is so hard. But she was so surprised when I said it was natural."
She added, "So he can't help being so cute. Every time it's like seeing a grandchild," drawing laughter.
Lee Eun-hyung also said she and her husband, comedian Kang Jae-jun, share parenting exclusively and explained the reason: "Because both of us are freelancers, we don't have much work." She added, "So we're often at home together and never used an imo-nim. We used the brief free service the state provided and stopped. It's possible because there are two of us," prompting admiration.
Meanwhile, Lee Eun-hyung married comedian Kang Jae-jun in 2017 and has one son.
