Hollywood star Bruce Willis cannot even recognize his daughter due to dementia.
Bruce Willis's daughter Rumer Willis recently revealed her father's condition on social media.
She said, "People always ask how my father is doing, and it's hard to answer," and confessed, "Not all dementia patients do well. Still, among those with frontotemporal dementia, he is on the better side."
In particular, she revealed, "What I can answer is that I am so happy and grateful that I can still hug my father," and said, "When I hug him, whether he recognizes me or not, he can feel the love I give. I am also grateful that I can feel love from him," evoking deep emotion.
Bruce Willis is an actor who received great love in Hollywood for the Die Hard series among others. He married Hollywood star Demi Moore in 1987, started a family including giving birth to Rumer Willis, but they divorced in 2000. He later remarried Emma Heming Willis in 2009.
On 2022, Bruce Willis was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia and is battling the disease.
