The group 82MAJOR concluded their music show activities with "Inkigayo."
82MAJOR (Nam Seong-mo·Park Seok-jun·Yun Ye-chan·Jo Seong-il·Hwang Seong-bin·Kim Do-gyun) appeared on SBS'"Inkigayo"" broadcast on the afternoon of the 23rd and performed the final stage of the mini 4th album title track "TROPHY."
On that day 82MAJOR took the stage in pink suits and showcased an overwhelming presence. The members, in keeping with it being their final broadcast, unleashed their energy with even more relaxed yet dynamic performances. Their expressive acting, highlighted in close-up shots, also demonstrated the true value of a "performance-type idol."
After the stage, Nam Seong-mo said, "Through this promotion I felt that there are really many people who support us. I was happy to be able to be with 82DE (ATTITUDE, the fandom name)," Park Seok-jun vowed, "I will work hard so we can make more memories," and Yun Ye-chan expressed thanks to fans, saying, "Every moment with 82DE felt like receiving a trophy."
Jo Seong-il added, "From the beginning to the end of this promotion there were only happy moments," Hwang Seong-bin reflected, "It was an activity that made me realize again what I liked and what I wanted to do," and Kim Do-gyun also looked back on the final promotion, saying, "The time I could spend with 82DE was the most enjoyable. It was an activity in which I tried new things and learned and felt a lot."
The mini 4th album "TROPHY" is an album that clearly demonstrated their capabilities as a self-producing group, with all members participating in writing and composing. The title track "TROPHY" is a tech-house song centered on an addictive bass line, and after its release it ranked 16th on Spotify's Korea Viral 50 chart. Thanks to this, 82MAJOR surpassed 100,000 in first-week sales, achieving a career high.
