Actor Shin Mina (real name Yang Min-ah·41) released that she will marry her partner Kim Woo-bin (real name Kim Hyun-joong·36) after 10 years of dating, and the agency drew a line on premarital pregnancy rumors that surfaced over photos from a local event.
On the 20th, the agency AM Entertainment said, "Shin Mina and Kim Woo-bin will hold their wedding on Dec. 20 based on the trust they have built as long-time partners," and "It will be a private ceremony at the Shilla Hotel in Seoul with only family from both sides and close acquaintances invited," it said.
After the sudden wedding announcement, online reactions continued, saying, "Isn't it because of a pregnancy?" The spark was Shin Mina's recent appearance at an official event.
On the 13th, Shin Mina attended the "Disney+ Originals Preview 2025" event held in Hong Kong, where her styling — a loose-fit top that hid her upper body line paired with a flashy beaded dress — drew attention.
Shin Mina wore her long straight hair with a natural wave and a dress accented with a black leather shoulder detail, holding the microphone neatly with both hands. Some netizens raised pregnancy rumors because her face looked slightly fuller than usual and her outfit concealed her figure.
However, the agency firmly denied to Xportsnews, "It is absolutely not a premarital pregnancy." It added regarding the wedding, "Aside from the date and venue, the officiant, master of ceremonies and celebratory singer are all undecided," saying the misunderstanding arose from the rushed scheduling.
Meanwhile, the two have been loved as a representative "star couple" who have been in a public relationship for 10 years since acknowledging their relationship in 2015, and who went through illness and career gaps together.
They will continue their primary work even before the wedding. Shin Mina is handling filming and promotion schedules for the Disney+ original drama "The Remarried Empress," and Kim Woo-bin is actively working through the Netflix series "Genie, Make A Wish" and the tvN variety show "Kong Kong Pang Pang."
After 10 years of dating, the two meet as a married couple. Hot interest is focused on the quietly prepared wedding.
