The much-anticipated BL drama "Thunderclouds and Rainstorms" for the second half of the year unveiled its main poster, announcing its official start.
Beginning its first release on Nov. 28, with episodes released every Friday at midnight, the BL drama "Thunderclouds and Rainstorms (total 8 episodes)" is preparing for exclusive release on the country's largest OTT platform Wavve.
The main poster released today (21) captures the intense contrast and emotional lines between Yoon Ji-seong and Jung Ri-woo as they look at each other through falling rain, reflecting the title "Thunderclouds and Rainstorms" and intensively conveying the central mood of the piece.
Visually realizing the "thunderclouds" and "rainstorms" that strike without warning as the title suggests, it hints at the whirlwinds of emotions entangled with the fierce events they face. The poster, which conveys deep resonance and tension at the same time, alone raised expectations for the work to a peak.

"Thunderclouds and Rainstorms" tells the story of Il-jo Yi, an unfortunate illegitimate child who, after being abused by his half brother Seo Jeong-in at their father's funeral, comes to rely on his cousin Seo Jeong-han. The once indifferent Jeong-han gradually becomes drawn to the pure and desperate Il-jo, their relationship deepens physically and emotionally, and Jeong-han develops intense obsession and possessiveness toward Il-jo, foreshadowing the birth of a well-made genre piece.
Meanwhile, "Thunderclouds and Rainstorms" will premiere on Wavve on the 28th and will be released sequentially every Friday at midnight.
