CUBE Entertainment rookie boy group NOWZ has transformed into protagonists of a baseball comic.
NOWZ (Hyunbin, Yun, Yeonwoo, Jinhyeok, Siyun) on the 20th released an illustrated poster for their third single 'Play Ball' through their official channel. The members appear as baseball team members in the work, pledging together before the game and moving toward their dream stage.
In another poster, pitcher Yeonwoo and catcher Jinhyeok, along with designated hitter Yun, first baseman Siyun, center fielder Hyunbin and the other members in their respective positions are depicted at the moment they take the field, raising expectations for a massive home run in the music industry.
NOWZ's illustrated posters were created through a collaboration with an artist who is an actual baseball fan and drew the work directly ahead of the release of "Play Ball." After presenting baseball concept photos, NOWZ raised anticipation by revealing illustrated posters that capture the members' individual personalities.
NOWZ's new single "Play Ball" consists of three tracks: the title track "HomeRUN," "GET BUCK," and "A World Without a Name." "HomeRUN" is an EDM-based dance track that features a heavy drop and bold rapping, capturing youth's challenge and achievement that turns even an uncertain future into opportunity.
Meanwhile, NOWZ will release their third single "Play Ball" at 6 p.m. on the 26th on various music sites.
