Actor Hwang Bo-ra showed a shocked reaction after learning the price of a high-end luxury car, and reactions followed that it was rather distasteful that she naturally asked about a celebrity discount.

That day Hwang Bo-ra arrived at a car showroom and said, "I've actually been visiting several places, from electric car showrooms, because I'm thinking of buying a car these days," and expressed her belief that "you won't regret buying the car you want." Later, after trying the new Bentley at the showroom, Hwang Bo-ra was unable to hide her shock when she was told the vehicle price was from 400 million won to the mid-400 millions won.
Hwang Bo-ra quickly got out of the car. She naturally and frankly asked the dealer, "Is there a celebrity discount?" Meanwhile, reactions were mixed among some internet users about the "celebrity discount (DC)" Hwang Bo-ra mentioned. Some internet users expressed discomfort at the idea that someone would naturally demand a discount simply because they are a celebrity when buying an expensive vehicle. Meanwhile, Hwang Bo-ra married Cha Hyun-woo (real name Kim Young-hoon), the son of actor Kim Yong-gun and an actor himself, in 2022, and last May she gave birth to a son and is enjoying a happy family life.
