Actor Kang Nam-gil's health update is revealed.
On the 19th at 8 p.m., TV CHOSUN's 'PerfecT Life' will broadcast an episode in which actor Kang Nam-gil reveals his recent condition after a long time.
Panelist Lee Seong-mi greets her longtime friend Kang Nam-gil warmly and asks, "How is your health?" Kang Nam-gil revealed, "I have narrowly escaped death three times so far," which surprised everyone, recalling, "I collapsed from a myocardial infarction in 1999 and was in critical condition, and in 2009 a myocardial infarction struck again," reflecting that he had experienced two major crises. He went on to add, "In April this year I was also diagnosed with a myocardial infarction. Three stents were inserted," adding to the sorrow. When panelist Shin Seung-hwan asked with concern, "Are you okay now?", Kang Nam-gil candidly replied, "I'm better now, but when I go outside I'm always afraid (that the myocardial infarction might come back)."
On this episode, Kang Nam-gil piqued curiosity by greeting the morning in Hongcheon. Shin Seung-hwan asked, "Why did you go to Hongcheon?", and Kang Nam-gil replied, "I went to take a one-night trip with my pet dog Cupid after a long time and breathe the autumn air." He made viewers smile with his unfailingly cheerful demeanor, riding a slide and dipping his feet in the valley water.
Above all, Kang Nam-gil sparked curiosity by introducing a new daily life, saying, "These days I'm active as a YouTuber." He attracted attention by editing a YouTube video himself during the Hongcheon trip. Kang Nam-gil acknowledged his somewhat slower editing skills, saying, "Young people are so fast (when editing) that you can't see their hands," and MC Hyun-young burst out laughing, saying, "With you, teacher, you can see every movement." Though slow, Kang Nam-gil continues editing and showed remarkable passion in his late 60s, saying, "I don't know when I'll die, but I'll die doing this. What else is there?" which drew admiration.
The new side of 'YouTuber' Kang Nam-gil will be revealed on the 19th at 8 p.m. on TV CHOSUN's 'PerfecT Life'.
