NewBeat is making a relentless advance on global charts.
The group NewBeat (NEWBEAT, Park Min-seok·Hong Min-seong·Jeon Yeo-yeo-jeong·Choi Seo-hyun·Kim Tae-yang·Jo Yoon-hoo·Kim Ri-woo) on the 18th achieved a stunning performance on the iTunes USA Music video chart with the double title track Look So Good from their mini album 1st 'LOUDER THAN EVER' by reaching No. 1 in the K-pop genre, No. 2 in the pop genre and No. 5 overall.
Earlier, Look So Good on the 13th entered the iTunes U.S. K-pop chart at No. 8 and debuted on the pop chart at No. 144, signaling an unusual reaction. It also entered the top 100 for the first time by ranking No. 81 on South Korea's YouTube Music weekly trending chart. This achievement came about two weeks after they released the mini album on the 6th and began promotions, showing NewBeat's growing presence in the global music market.
In this way, NewBeat has stood out on global charts from immediately after the new song's release and has continued an exceptional trajectory. Look So Good charted on iTunes in a total of seven countries shortly after its release. It also drew attention by entering Genius' Top Pop Chart weekly at No. 80, making it the only domestic K-pop act on that chart at the time.
Moreover, NewBeat received strong responses domestically and abroad by ranking No. 3 in South Korea's YouTube Music daily trending music video institutional sector, and No. 13 on YouTube Music's daily trending shorts songs chart. With NewBeat having completed preparations to step onto the global stage with this mini album, anticipation grows for their future activities.
Meanwhile, NewBeat plans to continue active promotions through various online·offline events and music shows.
