Singer Jo Jjaej has joined the Last Summer OST.
Nyam Nyam Entertainment, the OST production company for the KBS2 weekend drama Last Summer (writer Jeon Yu-ri, director Min Yeon-hong, produced by Monster Union·Slingshot Studio), said on the 19th that Jo Jjaej will participate as a vocalist on the Last Summer OST and that the lineup has become even stronger with the addition of the trending artist Jo Jjaej.
Jo Jjaej rose rapidly as a trending new artist after dominating music charts with the song "Morushinayo" released in January this year. She then won on her first appearance on KBS2 Immortal Songs and went on to win the 2025 champion of champions, proving her outstanding vocal ability and cementing her status as a vocalist. She has also left a strong impression on listeners by showing her distinct deep emotion and unique timbre.
The Last Summer OST built a dazzling lineup with participation from Lee Mu-jin, MeloMance's Kim Min-seok, Heize, Paul Kim, BIBI, ATEEZ, ILLIT's Yoon-a, Minju and others. In addition, Song Dong-woon, regarded as the country's top OST producer, took overall producing duties, raising the work's completeness even more.
Producer Song Dong-woon has produced hits for dramas such as Hotel Del Luna, Descendants of the Sun, It's Okay, That's Love, Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo, and Our Blues, and has also made hits of OSTs like "I Will Go to You Like the First Snow," "Stay With Me," "Beautiful," and "I Miss You."
Meanwhile, Last Summer is a remodeling romance drama in which a man and woman who have been friends since childhood confront the truth of their first love hidden inside Pandora's box, and it airs every Saturday and Sunday at 9:20 p.m. on KBS2.
