Actors Lee Kwang-soo and Lee Sun-bin completed a witty long-distance two-shot at the 46th Blue Dragon Film Awards.
On the 19th, the 46th Blue Dragon Film Awards took place at KBS Hall in Yeouido, Seoul. This event was co-hosted again this year by actress Han Ji-min and Lee Je-hoon.
That day Lee Kwang-soo appeared with Kim Woo-bin as presenter of the director award. The two, who are meeting viewers on the tvN entertainment show "Kong Kong Pang Pang," drew laughter as soon as they appeared.
Moreover, there was someone in the audience watching Lee Kwang-soo with a special look. It was Lee Sun-bin. Lee Sun-bin and Lee Kwang-soo confirmed their relationship in 2018 and have been publicly dating for eight years.
Lee Sun-bin made binoculars with both hands toward her partner Lee Kwang-soo on stage, concentrating and causing laughter. That moment was caught on camera and brought the audience to roaring laughter. Lee Kwang-soo, seemingly aware of it, could not take his eyes off Lee Sun-bin in the audience and added warmth with an awkward, unsure expression.
Meanwhile, the director award went to director Park Chan-wook for No Other Choice. Representing him, who is continuing the Oscar race in the United States, actor Lee Sung-min, who had been selected as the winner of the best supporting actor award, said, "If I were to receive an award, the director asked me to go up and read the acceptance remarks, so I will read them," and added, "No Other Choice is the moment when a dream I have cherished since I first read the original novel 20 years ago came true. It is thanks to the actors and staff who helped realize more than I imagined. I tried to portray a story that becomes increasingly tragic, complex, comic and repetitive. I believe the judges recognized that point, and I accept the award with a grateful heart. Thank you."
