The film "Choir of God", which reunites Park Si-hoo and Jung Jin-woon on screen after 10 years and is generating anticipation, directed by Kim Hyeong-hyeop | distributed by CJ CGV Co. Ltd | produced by Studio Target Inc., has confirmed its release on Dec. 31, 2025, the last day of 2025, and has unveiled two main posters that capture the film's contrasting charms.
"Choir of God" is a work that depicts the story that unfolds when a fake praise troupe is established in North Korea to earn foreign currency. Previously, after piquing audience curiosity with a provocative launch poster called a "North Korean propaganda poster," "Choir of God" this time released a main poster that captures the film's real charms—warm emotion and poignant humanism—foreshadowing a full-fledged twist in its appeal.
The first released poster captures attention with the actors' warm ensemble set against a red curtain background. In the group photo, Park Si-hoo and Jung Jin-woon in military uniforms and the distinctive troupe members' bright smiles raise expectations for the unpredictable chemistry they will create. The copy "Everything is forbidden there! A "real" heart began to beat" amplifies curiosity about how those who were performing "fake" emotions in an oppressed land find "real" feelings.
The second poster released together depicts Park Gyo-soon (Park Si-hoo), who formed the "fake praise troupe," and the ensemble members looking up at the sky and smiling brightly against a vast snowy field, stirring poignant emotions. The copy "Sing! It is an order! A sincerity hotter than lies resonates" added above their pure smiles blooming despite the extreme cold foreshadows the sweeping harmony and human drama of those who started under "false" orders but become "real".
In this way, "Choir of God" depicts the miraculous moments when the "fake" becomes "real" with cheerful laughter and overwhelming emotion, positioning itself as the one film to cap off the end of 2025. Kim Hyeong-hyeop, director of Father Is Daughter, directs, and a perfect ensemble is expected, featuring Park Si-hoo, Jung Jin-woon, Tae Hang-ho, Seo Dong-won, Jang Ji-geon, Han Jeong-wan, Moon Gyeong-min, Go Hye-jinjin and even "national actress" Choi Seon-ja.
Having released two main posters of laughter and emotion that have raised expectations to their peak, "Choir of God" meets audiences nationwide in theaters on Dec. 31, 2025, the last day of 2025.<
