Group Girls' Generation member Taeyeon (affiliated with SME Entertainment) expressed her thoughts ahead of the release of her first compilation album commemorating the 10th anniversary of her solo debut.
On the 19th at 12 a.m., the official Taeyeon SNS channel released 'Panorama : The Best of TAEYEON' Film : TAEYEON ('Panorama : the best of Taeyeon' film : Taeyeon) video content, which attracted attention by featuring Taeyeon's narration answering the question about the "essence of myself" that has not changed even after 10 years, along with diverse visuals.
In this video Taeyeon said, "What I pursued in the past and want to continue to carry as my essence is consistency," adding, "I can do it because fans wait for me, and I think they are the driving force that lets me find strength again," raising expectations for this compilation album, which is the result of that consistency.
Taeyeon's first compilation album 'Panorama : The Best of TAEYEON' ('Panorama : the best of Taeyeon') selected 24 tracks that clearly showcase Taeyeon's distinctive musical color, including the new song and title track 'Greeting (Panorama)', 2025 mix versions that newly arrange existing songs, and live versions available only on CD, elevating completeness as a special package that redefines the artist's musical world rather than a simple best-of.
Also, this compilation album, carrying this special meaning, is scheduled to be released in a microphone-shaped special version, and the 'My Voice' video released the same day along with the documentary video previewed a tasteful design that stimulated collectors' desire.
Taeyeon's solo 10th anniversary compilation album 'Panorama : The Best of TAEYEON' will have its tracks released on various music sites on Dec. 1 at 6 p.m., and the album will be released in physical form the same day.
