'Puzzle Trip' star Choi Soo-jong reveals why he broke down in tears during filming.

Known as a symbol of 'good influence,' Choi Soo-jong said he accepted the offer to appear on 'Puzzle Trip' readily, saying, "As soon as I heard the planning for 'Puzzle Trip,' I thought a program this warm must exist."
He added, "I don't know the circumstances in which the adoptees were separated from their families, but if after adoption they want to know their identity and roots, I wanted to play a role I could," and said, "I wanted to offer even a small help so that a good meeting with birth family could be arranged," conveying his mindset as a 'puzzle guide' and raising expectations for his activities to be shown on 'Puzzle Trip.'
Choi Soo-jong, who shed many tears during the filming of 'Puzzle Trip,' said, "If you see the deep love for family directly in front of you, anyone would cry," adding, "The meeting between Mike and his birth mother was impressive. It was a poignant meeting full of emotion, and it was the moment I felt most choked up during filming." In particular, he confessed the reason he couldn't stop crying throughout the shoot, saying, "Because my mother is elderly, seeing the meeting between Mike and his birth mother made me think a lot about my mother," which adds to the poignancy.
Accompanying Mike when he entered Korea and bonding as a 'puzzle guide,' Choi Soo-jong also expressed his affectionate sincerity toward Mike. He said, "Mike felt like a biological younger brother, and I wanted to wholeheartedly share the moments in Korea with him," and added, "Now that Mike has met his birth family, I hope he gets along well with his relatives in Korea and lives well with his American foster mother and family," cheering for Mike's future. He also said he hopes to meet Mike again and share everyday life, enjoying the bulgogi and naengmyeon they ate together, creating a warm feeling.
Finally, Choi Soo-jong said confidently, "You will be able to see the 'family' who always worries about me, supports me and comforts me at my side, and the 'love of family' on 'Puzzle Trip,'" and added, "I hope viewers encounter the emotion of 'love,' which was close but easy to miss, on 'Puzzle Trip,'" raising anticipation for 'Puzzle Trip.'
