Joo Hyun-mi showed her affection for Kim Soo-chan.
On the 17th broadcast, Channel A 'Close Friend Tokumentary – Table for Four' (hereafter Table for Four) featured Joo Hyun-mi, who marked her 40th anniversary since debut, and she invited her 'close friend' Kim Soo-chan and singer-songwriter Kim Beom-ryong.
Joo Hyun-mi mentioned her connection with Kim Soo-chan, saying, "The first time I learned of Soo-chan's existence was a competition. Soo-chan sang really well. His score was unreasonably low so he was eliminated. It was shocking then. I think it stayed in my heart."
Kim Soo-chan later revealed that Joo Hyun-mi personally came and bought him meals to support him. As time passed, the two grew closer after releasing a duet.
Joo Hyun-mi said, "I do a radio show in the morning. Every Friday, Soo-chan hosted 'Morning Yard.' After the broadcast ended, he always bought coffee," and Park Kyung-rim added, "You can't not adore him."
Joo Hyun-mi expressed gratitude for Kim Soo-chan's consistent thoughtfulness, saying, "He has stepped down from the broadcast recently, but he had Park Gu-yoon deliver coffee anyway."
