After School alum Jung A spoke out about malicious comments targeting her husband and basketball player Jung Chang-young.
Jung A posted a long message on her social media on the 17th along with a photo holding a basketball saying, "No one is perfect at everything."
He said, "Because of today's game we're receiving a lot of negative comments, but in every game all the players do their best," and "Mistakes can happen to both winning and losing teams, and those experiences add up so they learn more, try to fix things, and grow more."
She added, "So rather than saying very hurtful things, I hope you'll just wait for the next game and cheer," and urged, "Right now the ones who are more upset than anyone are the players. I ask everyone who loves basketball to please support all the basketball players."
Earlier, on the 17th, Suwon KT, which includes Jung Chang-young, and Seoul SK played a 2025-2026 LG Electronics pro basketball regular season round 2 game at Jamsil Students' Gymnasium. That day Suwon KT lost to Seoul SK 83-85 in overtime.
Meanwhile, Jung A married basketball player Jung Chang-young, who is five years her junior, in 2018 and they have one son and one daughter.
