Actor Choi Jung-yoon marked her daughter's 10th birthday by thanking the people who have supported her and her child so far, including actor Park Jin-hee and her former husband.
On the 17th, Choi posted a long message and photos on her social media (SNS). The post included a photo of her holding her daughter as a baby, a photo smiling with her daughter as she has grown, and a hanbok photo taken with her close friend actor Park Jin-hee while holding her daughter.
Choi said, "Looking at 10-year-old Ji-woo, I am newly grateful, again and again, for what kind of connection brought such a lovely and precious baby to me," adding, "It still doesn't feel real."
She continued, "Seeing the child's shy yet happy smile in front of the birthday cake, so many grateful connections flashed by."
Choi also mentioned family and acquaintances who have cared for Ji-woo through her growth. In particular, she expressed affection for Park Jin-hee, saying, "My friend Jin-hee, who always waits for me, cheers me on, praises me, and gives me strength, saying, 'If you die first, I will take care of Ji-woo.'"
She added a note about her former husband as well, saying, "Ji-woo's dad, Yoon (yoon), who supports and cheers for her, even if we are not together."
Finally, Choi said, "I am once again grateful that there are many people to thank," adding, "I will continue to move forward well."
Meanwhile, Choi married Yoon Tae-joon, the eldest son of former E-Land Group vice chairman Park Sung-kyung and a former member of the group Eagle Five, in 2011, had a daughter, and divorced in 2022.
