From their debut, ALLDAY PROJECT stirred up the music scene and, with explosive energy beyond expectations, has forecast another syndrome.
ALLDAY PROJECT (Annie, Tarzan, Bailey, Woo-chan, Young-seo) on the 17th released the new digital single 'ONE MORE TIME' and its music video on various online music sites.
ALLDAY PROJECT is a rare mixed-gender group in Korea and drew attention even before debut. Their debut title track 'FAMOUS' set a domestic major music chart 'PAK' record and caused a syndrome by winning first place on music shows even after activities ended.
Following the debut activities that caused a syndrome, they made a super-fast comeback five months later. 'ONE MORE TIME' is a pre-release track from the first EP to be released in Dec. In that sense, 'ONE MORE TIME' is attracting more attention because it is an important song that can reveal the direction and color of ALLDAY PROJECT's first EP.
The new song 'ONE MORE TIME' is a track that expands ALLDAY PROJECT's musical spectrum to a new level. Based on the liquid drum & bass genre, which features a smoothly flowing bassline and punchy beats, it boldly mixes trendy genre elements such as trap, Jersey club, and hyper pop.
The members' vocals and raps, which ride over a delicate melody line as if racing, heighten the song's sense of speed. Woo-chan challenged a vocal part, adding a fresh charm, and the lyrics honestly capture fleeting emotions and time, delivering the message "let's enjoy the present together."
The music video released alongside it starts with the sunset over an open runway, continues to a city night wrapped in dazzling neon signs, and moves to a beach where fireworks explode, capturing energy that crescendos with the passage of time. The emphasis on a 'freestyle vibe' where members seem to playfully ride the rhythm also stands out. Scenes such as dancing while splashing water in the rain or jumping into a swimming pool are points that show ALLDAY PROJECT's pursuit of "unrestrained youth."
Member Annie in a Q&A ahead of the comeback described 'ONE MORE TIME' as a "dash." Returning to cause a syndrome with the explosive chemistry unique to a mixed-gender group, ALLDAY PROJECT "appeared" showing differentiation from existing idol groups, and attention is focused on what color their first EP, poised for a "dash," will be.
